Whoa, what a cool idea! The originality of this scene is awesome, because even though I would never have thought of Brian freaking out over a trick trying to kiss him, it fits so well! Your dialogue for everything was perfect, and there were a couple lines referencing Brian's desperate need for alcohol that were particularly fantastic, but my favorite line was definitely:

"He couldn't know that Brian Kinney was a man of his word and that when he made a promise to someone he stuck to it no matter what. And the trick would never know that whenever anyone tried to kiss Brian, all he could hear in his head were words spoken by perfect lips in the middle of a crowded dance floor; "one more thing, you don't kiss anyone else on the mouth but me."

Boom. Straight to the truth (Brian IS a decent guy!), and so powerful with the exact quote from Justin to show the impact that Sunshine has on our Mr. Kinney (;

that was great. if insomnia does this to you, what does a clear mind do. wow, you impress me every time. at least you didn't make me cry this time, though that last line, got me pretty close :}

I really enjoyed this little drabble. I can totally see Brian holding true to this promise until he is once again able to kiss those 'perfect lips'.

This was a lovely kind of sad. Brian kept his promise even when it was painful for his heart to do so. So much emotion floating around little little drabble. Nice. :)

I loved this! I actually can't remember if Brian kissed anyone while he and Justin were apart, but I can see this happening. lol
