Im crying like a banshe (?)

I was a bit sad that this couldn't have a happy ending... I wish it did have an alternate ending though. Like one where Roy becomes immortal to stay with Edward and they live the cliché but much loved happily ever after.

I honestly lurk more than I review since a lot of what I read has been written a long time ago (dying or dead fandoms, completed stories, and the random story from a write that caught my eye... you are the latter.) This story was beautiful it made me happy, giddy, frustrated, depressed, hopeful, and it drive me crazy from time to time. Well written from start to finish and a rollercoaster ride. Thank you for sharing this.

First things first; thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for taking the time and putting in the effort, of writing down this story and sharing it. I have read it in the past and decided to read it again, for the memories of this story are woven in with many feelings that I loved to feel again.

This is one of those stories that prompts you to read on, you want to know what is going to happen next. The first chapter makes you wonder what has happened, and you start reading, knowing something, somewhere will go wrong. But you need to find out what, and you keep hoping, against all odds, that everything will be ok. I absolutely LOVE the way you make Edward fall for Roy. So reluctant and scared, but falling nontheless.

The underwater art gallery and the seal statue are a scene I'd love to see in a fan art. I'd love to give it a try myself some day if you're ok with that.

Again, thanks for this wonderful story. It is one of my favorites!

I knew something bad was going to happen the moment I started chapter 4, and I could barely force myself to read the chapter because of it.
I just want you to know that I have no life. Once I finished the story last night, I cried ALL night and go no sleep whatsoever and here I am at school once again.
So again, thank you for the sleep deprivation.
But all in all, it was a truly wonderful story and the characters were well-developed and well-rounded. I cannot express to you how much I love this. Your writing style is so unique and full, and I can honestly say that you are my favorite author on this website.

I absolutely love your stories and prior to reading this, my favourite story was Circa: 1950. But this story took the cake and while it killed me, the ending was just amazing. I cried. The whole story was so realistic and made me go through all sort of emotions: happiness, excitement and finally utter sadness. This story is very unique and it is very well-written. Thank you for writing this, I throughly enjoyed it.

Absolutely priceless...and the last line of this chapter is so true. This story just so beautiful, it stays long after it has been finished reading. The imagery, the romance, the fairytale atmosphere...everything has been so masterfully crafted! The sheer ethereality brings a tear to my eye.
Stories like these forces one to review...you just can't help but type out your thoughts.

this story messed me up for WEEKS—it was so beautiful and sad! I loved it so, so much :)

This story was so well written—it was incredible! And the ending is absolutely devastating, I cried more than once in this last chapter (and i'm not a crier). Thank you sooo much for writing this! It's an immediate favourite of mine, and something I'll definitely read again :)
