Very intriguing idea of a Merlin who's dark but still supports Arthur. i love it! :D

Fantastic! I love how he's not actually "Evil" dark, even if he does the most sickest things, he has his (mostly) good intentions. I'm not sure how to describe it but cookies to you either way :)

woah this is tragic and definitely verging on the horror side of things, not to mention dark. And while it crosses the line a little too much for Merlin's character I think it is damn good. Especially liked how you described Merlin's reference to what he did to Morgana, I think that explains it perfectly.

Wow... lemme just say, thank heavens this never happens in the series! It's downright depressing!

I mean, sure, in one of MY fics I had a long, drawn-out death scene for Merlin, but that wasn't as bad. Because... It's never as bad if they die as a good guy.

Not that I didn't love it and wasn't hanging on every word, because I was. But I'm half glad that's done so I don't, like, cry.

Of course, everything I said above was a compliment.

And hallelujah to Merlin being sick of The Smirk! By the end of episode one (new series) I was yelling 'enough with the smirking already!' I keep waiting for someone to ask if she's got wind or something. (Although after last week's episode, they probably think that was the case after all!)

Camelot should be turned into a No Smirking zone :D

Seriously, though, I loved the 'gruesome' details- they made the whole thing more disturbing and juxtaposed what Merlin is with what he is becoming, very well.

It was clever and sad. Poor Merlin's innocence as a person has been taken from him unkindly- mostly by Morgana and Morgause and you get a really strong sense of that here.

It's scary how Merlin has all the details planned out- and chillingly tragic.

... Woah... That is amazing. I love it! i love the psychological element, it's fantastic! You need to add more too it, do a couple more one shots, finish the story because that one shot has too many possibilities to just end there.

So amazing, and believable. He's not evil, he's just... losing his humanity in the face of his destiny. He's come close a few times, poisoning Morgana being a shining example. This is phenomanal, and so sad at the end.
