LOL, a great one-shot, both action-y and just suspenseful enough at the end to have me hoping that there's a sequel. :) I love this series, and I hope you write more for it! Please keep up the great work! :)

Thank you very much for continuing (or rather, filling in) Vathara's Clean and White universe. I hope you'll write another one-shot for this crossover sometime in the future because the entire setting is a wonderfully great idea.
I didn't know Bleach for a long time, but through Vathara's stories got into the fandom. While I only get short glimpes in your two one-shots, the characters sound true and very interesting.
The Kenshin you write is really great, too, his instincts/or Ki-sense, whatever you want to call it, his way of talking and slight exasperation at being called young (given he was a slight, red-haired, young teenage kid with near feminine looks in the midst of grown man must have left some sort of sensitivity on the subject) all seem in character.

Mostly setup, but no reason it couldn't fit the timeline. *claps* And it looks like we found out where Ichigo gets his utter lack of reiatsu sensitivity. Seriously, how did he miss two captains?

Just one question: If Isshin is the captain of the 9th division as of 1899 in the timeline (SiBA) and he was already a captain by 1878 (CaW), which division was he captain of then (CaW)? Kensei is listed as the captain of the 9th during Turn Back the Pendulum. The only positions I could deduce he was from in the manga was 10th or 11th.

Other than that, it was a very good job.

Isshin has been pulling the Crouching Moron Hidden Badass act a long, long time... Heh! And I bet Juushirou and Shunsui aren't fooled, either!
