I like how Dean wanted to deal with it on his own, didn't want to let Bobby know, but Bobby being wise got it out of him anyway. Using the best weapon, pie and beer. Nice little one shot...thanks for sharing.

I have to admit, I enjoyed this story so much that I've read it probably three or four times over the past week. I think you captured Dean really well, and I love reading about his relationship with Bobby :)

This story was amazing. You got Dean and Bobby's personalities and interaction perfectly and I couldn't have been happier with this fic. It's definitely one of the best Dean/Bobby fics that I've read. I really loved it!

Ouch. That red quivering thing over there in the corner? Yeah, that's my heart. You really didn't have to kick it on the way by, I think ripping it out still beating was quite enough. *goes looking for Dean to help him pick up the pieces of his shattered spirit*

Good gods, this was sad and beautiful and painful and I really just want to curl around poor Dean and protect him from all the heartache.

Great story! Loved the interactions between Dean and Bobby. Finding out that he'd been hurt walking into a trap for John broke my heart, nice touch. :o)

Excellent story! Really, truely excellent! You literally captured everything that makes Bobby my favorite, non-Winchester character in the series. Whether it be his...er, crabby(?) general nature to how quickly he'll go to bat for the boys. Great characterization of Dean, too! I love the fact that he runs after he breaks down, but still has enough love and respect for Bobby to explain what happened. Seriously, though, this is a fantastic story!
