I would just like to point out that Neal is obsessed and in love with this random person, who is barely introduced to the audience, by the third chapter and pursuing a relationship with her by the fourth.
Not that that's not allowed or anything... I mean I'm sure Mary Sue land has different laws from the ones on Earth.

This story could easily be improved by adding more than dialogue. You, as the author, may know all about the setting, what the characters are thinking, and any and all other details. But when the majority of the writing is in dialogue the reader doesn't really have a lot to work with. Even plays which are comprised mostly of dialogue contain stage directions. I haven't continued reading to see if you've corrected this and I won't.
This is just a friendly suggestion. Let us know what they're doing, feeling, thinking (to a certain extent).
