I am a very petty person. It has almost been 9 years now. At the best part too? Is this just... Forgotten? What a waste. It would have been much better to say this was discontinued or abandoned.

The devil fruits are the most laughable thing about this story. It was seriously a mistake to try and "fix" what wasn't broken. And ffs, Madara doesn't even need them. Why would you do something boring like bring a ninja to the world of one piece and replace his skillset with devil fruits? We've already seen that, why should we care? Stick to the chakra please.

Keep it simple stupid. Canon one piece already did the work for you, you don't need to retcon devil fruits. You did a bad job of it anyway. That explanation sucked.

I kind of wish you kept this simpler. Does the story really need Madara conducting experiments, or is he already strong enough to fulfill his role in this story? I think the answer is kind of obvious. This is opness for the sake of opness. What power he gains from it isn't going to make a difference at all. If you left it as is things would be a bit more compelling when we could pretend he doesn't have the best from both worlds at his fingertips. We could pretend his fights had stakes.

So whens the next chapter?
