I know it has been some time with this fic's completion and on any updates, but I wanted you to know this is a very interesting piece. It's amazing the writing style you chose for this story fits it so well. The different perspective of each crew member from the first impression, to the abandonment Kirk felt. He was nothing but a perfect friend(family member) to them, and they couldn't even look at him. Way to make a person who already feels dirty, made to look filthy to his own crew. Still the captain, but not worth getting involved with HIS problems. Thank you Spock. Always one for puzzles, ain't he. Curious fuck. Just what Kirk needed. Thanks for the read. When will you show the scene where jim discovers who the voice was and confronts him?

This was great! I really enjoyed the insight each character had, especially McCoy's and Chekov's. It's almost ironic that Spock, the one "without emotion," is the one who actually understands all Jim's been through and acts upon it. This was just fantastic, thanks! :D
