Nidoqueen can't reproduce because the Nido-lines are mainly based on rhinos, and female rhinos are so difficult to breed in captivity that it's considered nearly impossible to do so. They actively resist impregnation. It's just kind of implied they can only reproduce in the wild, and I guess that extends to Nidoqueen too.

I'll be honest, I expected to find something laughably bad, but this actually turned out to be really hot. I love Nidoqueen! And I'm glad she was shown some love of her own.
