Absolutely incredible! There are only so few of these stories that regard Starrk and Lilynette that are worth reading, but this one was pure gold.

So now, the question must be asked - will there be more (in some other story)?

I don't normally read anything in the Bleach fandom. For that matter, I don't normally read anything shorter than 100k words. I feel very fortunate that I came to this fandom to see what was to be had in the way of Stark and Lilinette on a whim. I love the dynamic and familial/psychological bond of these two, and I think you captured it quite well. You did an admirable job all around.

The only sticking point I had was when the hollow introduced himself in chapter two. It was like getting pounded over the brainpan with the large-jagged-rock-of-unsolicited-backstory. Then I imagined that part in an old, dubbed kung-fu flick voice and it immediately became hilarious.

Oh, I loved this. A slightly sillier take on the Espada and Aizen and Las Noches (Carebears, anyone?) but that's part of the reason I love it so much.

You wrote them both so in-character, especially Starrk; you really managed to capture the absolute laid-back badassery he's always able to emit. Another thing I really loved was how you touched on the connection between Starrk and Lilynette, how they can sometimes feel each other's emotions and share the same heartbeat. I also liked the slightly-romantic, slightly-fatherly feel you imposed on their relationship here.

Especially the end when Stark comes and saves Lilynette in the nick of time. That was so awesome. And what's even more awesome is how he's so calm about it. (That, in my opinion, is what makes Stark so badass...the fact that he's so laid-back.)

Oh wow that was really really good...I got chills at the end O_o I'm not sure of what caused them, just that this whole finale is really. Really. Good.

I also liked the description of how Starrk showed up for the fight and how he was still being lazy about it. I dunno why. It amused me :D

Oh and thanks for clearing up the arrancar thing! That made me laugh :D

Ahh another chapter! I loved how everyone kept commenting on how Starrrk was up so early xD It made me giggle, because I'm exactly the same way! Nothing good ever happens before noon.

Anyway. Are the two arrancar that chased Lilinette anyone in particular? Or just random antagonizing creatures Dx
