Yay, an update! I really like this tale, so I'm very pleased to see a new chapter. I thought the Becker and Sarah-Danny sections were spot on. I would like to see Abby get her head out of her ass and admit she wants to be with Connor, because she IS going to lose him otherwise. If he's not focused on her, he's focused on something else... to the exclusion of all else. And it'll be her fault.

Anyway, me likey, and want to see more!

This is a really interesting AU! I have never seen anyone exploring this possiblity and you're doing it really well.

And if you're thinking of adding characters from season 4 as well, it all fits: Nick/Claudia, Abby/Connor, Danny/Sarah and then Becker/Jess! (Even though you've actually making me like Danny/Jenny more than Danny/Sarah with this fic, however weird that is..)

I do love that you've written references to Danny's brother, too. Do you plan on him returning in this fic? He was, in my opinion, one of the most interesting characters in season 4 (No, haven't seen season 5 - yet) and then you could have Charlotte not dying and everyone ends up happy! :D
