I'm surprised by how much Doumeki being a shinigami makes sense, hahaha. And the bit at the end gives way to some intereseting foreshadowing (how DOES Yuuko know he makes excellent inarizushi, hypothetically speaking?).

I hope you continue with Baron Saturday in the future (and that your time in Japan was great!)

As pretty much everyone else has pointed out here, this story is excellent. The plot is so intriguing and I love how you changed it from Watanuki working for Yuuko, to Doumeki and yeah. Whenever you have time to focus on it, I think you should continue the story.

This is really well written, I hope you continue with it.

I'm a little sad to see that this hasn't been updated in so long. I thought this piece has a very good potential and I'm thoroughly intrigued so far. I'm very interested in seeing where you're taking this and I shall wait patiently for an update.

So it's an interesting concept, it's written well, and everyone seems to be in character, which is awesome. : ) I know you're busy, and you have a life of your own and everything. So I won't say, 'Please update'. I'll just ask that you update whenever you can, as I would hate to see this story trail off into nothing.

Interesting! I really do hope you plan to update this soon. It's an intriguing setup for these characters, and one that this first chapter indicates you can pull off magnificently with your sense of storytelling. It's a very good first impression, and I want more!

Anyway right, my name. I usually write Yue in Katakana or otherwise using 月 as it is my name. Rei on the other hand was meant to be a pun..李 from the character in Beyblade or 霊 from the word soul/spirit. Ah I don't know, I never even followed beyblade so why it's there is a mystery... Except I remember liking the character.. maybe?
