I loved this.

oh my god! that was so awesome! i'm flushing with excitement, i love your quirky appearances, like "you didn't think it would be the last time, did you? I told you he had a plan" and "but you already knew that" LOL it was awesome and it's a great way to end it, i could totally see holmes walking away like it never happened, then lestrade's face must have been hilarious. I loved it, and have you seen Kiss kiss bang bang? that's what this story reminds me of.

Great job :) something I especially likeis how the title ties in with the story. It's the end of a beginning, by also a continuation into something new, by without letting go of what made their past. Wow, that didn't come out makigng as much sense as it did in my head... Well, I guess the best part of irene and Sherlock is their games that they play and obviously kinda live a bit vicariously through.
