Ultra-Pop chapter 1 . 5/22/2013
My favorite pairing, I always imagine Souji suffering going home every day alone. I'm glad he has someone here to help him thou the pain.
ficklejam chapter 1 . 4/25/2013

Miss Hanamura chapter 1 . 3/25/2013
Honestly, the best Persona story I've read on here.
ANDKO chapter 1 . 2/14/2013
Wow, this was seriously amazing. Good job.

There's not much Chie stuff here... Or just Persona 4 stuff in general. It's disappointing.
LEDoll chapter 1 . 9/23/2012

Sheena the Womanizer chapter 1 . 8/14/2012
Wow that was great! You did such a good job capturing Chie's character.
strider-of-porcupines chapter 1 . 5/2/2012

gitadine chapter 1 . 5/19/2011
Aww, this made me smile and feel all warm inside. :)
Ganheim chapter 1 . 11/2/2010
would be alright.

[“all right” would carry the serious, introspective tone a little better]

and with the way Yukiko looked at him sometimes

[If Chie is having a moment of jealousy, I don’t see how this would be along the same line. I’d think that jealousy of Yukiko would prod her to make a public display of their relationship]

Nanako-chan and Dojima-san in the hospital

[This in and of itself is a fragment, I think adding a “was” or something to clarify that his two kin would both be restricted to the hospital would help strengthen the sentence]

he'd subsided to sniffles now, breathing audible but slowly calming.

[That implies that he was crying fairly hard earlier…unless I remember incorrectly, sniffles and halted breathing are a result of losing control of your breathing for a while. I just didn’t quite see that clearly shown. The scene still works whether or not he has a couple minutes where Souji goes to pieces, but I was expecting something slightly clearer]

That was very well done for such a short fic. The characters felt true to their canon selves. I’d never considered Chie as a romantic partner for Souji (not sure why…I took the friend route like with Yosuke and after that they seemed to occupy the same position in such respects), but the way it’s presented here is believable, which made it that much more enjoyable. I don’t think that there was quite enough about the social/emotional trauma that both are facing following the excursion through Heaven, and her helping him recover – the following day or more of that evening could’ve given a little more, but it’s still well done.
xerrex chapter 1 . 9/25/2010
Wow. This was a slightly depressing and comforting (haha, paradox) story, and it was beautifully written. I've never actually seen the "bad ending" myself, but I like how you conveyed their emotions here. It was all very realistic, and I'm also very impressed at how you made Souji stay in-character. Keep up the amazing work! :)
Domomomo chapter 1 . 5/4/2010
YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYES

There isn't NEARLY enough Chie/Senpai (I barely remember his real name, I've called him Senpai for so long), and the fact that you made it so...alhefispjaiksfj. It's DEEP. And super in character too. And you captured Senpai's feelings so wel. Because seriously, going through Heaven was so extreme. AGAIN, AMAZING. Love this like burning
The Qing chapter 1 . 3/23/2010
Thanks Jonesyboat, this is a very well written story, enjoyed how it tugged at my heartstrings.

Doesn't hurt that the pairing is a guilty pleasure of mine,

So it's nice to find someone who thinks they'd be cute together as well.

Best regards.
kumoi chapter 1 . 3/22/2010
Aww... this was so sweet. w

I don't think I've ever read a Souji/Chie before, but I'm really glad I decided to read this. It was paced perfectly, and I could picture everything that was going on because of how well it was described. Well done!
