This was a truly beautiful story. Very authentic. Ziva in particular was so well done! I'm glad I found it. :)

This is really wonderful. You've got Tony down really well and I like how you work with and expand upon the events of TorC.

Nice descriptions of Ziva's distance, detachment, confusion, and weakness, and very good work with Tony's reaction to the sheer wrongness of those responses.

For me this might be the best of the ToC episode tags, partly because it is canon. But the characters are very...right also, and the whole really does add to ToC. Like the length too. Hope you write something else soon!

really good one shot... this one could be a whole story, not just a chapter... but a different beginning to the aftermath of somalia & rivkin... but its a really good one. loved tony going back to take a look around that room, finding his badge, finding her star of david and choosing to put it behind that badge and keep it as his secret or as his driving force or his reminders rather than giving it back to ziva for hers... maybe one day he can give her that pendant back
