This was really good but you have a lot of comma splices that could be separate sentences.
i.e: "How is he Duck?" Gibbs asked before he could even close the door behind him, Tim, Jenny and Abby standing at the center of the room, also interested in what the man had to report on their friend.
You can turn that into this:
"How is he, Duck?" Gibbs asked before he could even close the door behind him. Tim, Jenny and Abby, concerned for their sick friend, stood in the center of the room, ready to hear Ducky's news.

Another one not finished. PLEASE write more. I'm begging you, your stories are so good. I don't know how to get through. If some bastard told you something through a flame. Just put it where they don't want it! Your an amazing writer, beautifully written and very engaging. I feel all the emotion and feel like i'm there.

I'm almost angry I didn't come up with this. Simply amazing-heart-wrenching in a way, you have a very nice narrative style; nothing felt silly or confusing. (thumbs up, my friend.)

Fantastic start of this story. Why is it always Tony? Can't the poor guy get a break? When do we get the next chapter? It's been over a year since the first chapter? Enough torure in making us wait for it. That is just so darn cruel.

This story is outstanding.
