I think you have an interesting story line here, so I'd like to keep reading to see where it goes. One thing I would say though is you might want to proof read it or get a beta for it. Alot the the sentences seemed off in terms of grammar or they seemed run on. This made it hard to read as it broke up the flow in some places.

"She also kept apologizing on how she twisted her ankle," - "apologizing for how".
"Pardon me in asking," - "Pardon me for asking".
"she seemed more worried on how she was talking with head of NCIS agency." - "more worried about how".
"as Dawn her gun ready to shoot," - "Dawn had her gun ready".
"only as she relaxed to see Gibbs, Ziva, and Tony, all in the door way." - "only she relaxed to see Gibbs, Ziva, and Tony, all in the doorway."
"It appeared they had made it after all and McGee made is way over to Dawn as she stood up to follow him out of the door," - "made his way".
"Rods stared at Dawn and Tim with a cold glare which Dawn sighed slightly as they turned away." - "which Dawn sighed at slightly".
"even with Gibbs' crazing driving." - "even with Gibbs' crazy driving."
"Now, my dear, I need to you sit on that desk," Ducky said as he pointed to Tony's. "Hey, that is my desk," Tony remarked, earning himself a head slap from Gibbs." - Yay! at Gibbs head slapping DiNozzo there.
"it looks like sprained your ankle very good." - "sprained your ankle pretty badly".
"That isn't what all is nice," - "That isn't the only thing that is nice".
"If was able to save McGee's life then she must be nice in other ways," - "If she was able".

"McGee will be put endanger." - "McGee will be put in danger."
"until the heard the other group coming up them." - "until they heard".
"McGee shot her a confused stair but didn't lower his weapon," - "a confused stare".

"Ziva had went home with Abby to comfort her now that McGee was gone and Ducky also left to go visit his mother," - "Ziva had gone home".
"Many people have come to him for a job when he was station in Arizona and were denied in the spot." - "when he was stationed in Arizona".
"So he is harder on the Probies than you DiNozzo," Gibbs said as he got up from the table and Tony smiled at that remark." - I want to gouge out DiNozzo's eyeballs for his having smiled there.

I just found your story. It is very very good. I like Dawn. I am looking forward to the next chapter. I am glad this is one of the story you plan to continue.
