Your story is interesting, and I like how you've gone to great lengths to make it realistic, since Naruto's sudden personality shift would ring alarm bells for sure. Also, Handanryoku has the same defense system as Samehada(Sharkskin)? Interesting... Poor Sasuke, stuck with rabid fangirls...️

I'll follow this story till my death I'm a huge fan of yu yu hakasho and naruto and the idea of naruto eventually getting dragon of the darkness flame keeps me alive at this point

Overall a good story but I have a few questions and a few sugestions.
Since the Kurashagan can't be use for hipnosis or ilusions them a new ability should show itself. If we assume each tomoe is for nin, tai and genjutsu in a normal sharingan then Naruto having all three tomoes should mean he gets something in exchange for not having genjutsu. Maybe something Uzumaki related?
What about the Mangekyo? Does Naruto has his own evolution? Preferably achivable through trainning?
Why didnt Naruto use his Jagan's abilities when fighting Pedomaru and the Kages?
Wheres Jiraya and wath did he teach Naruto?
Is Naruto ever going to use his trainnig in geting jutsu from corpses again? Can it be used on the living?
Why does Naruto suck with fir Jutsu when he gain access to the Darknrss Flame? It's senseless.
Sugestion..
If Naruto is really going to learn fuinjutsu then how about incorporating seals in to his fighting style? Like Lee Syaran in 'CardCapture Sakura' and following arks? With seals it should be feaseble, especially if he only uses five elements and replaces ice with earth.

Hi I've really enjoyed reading this and the fact that while naruto has a lot of power he is still having to earn each part of it through hard work. I would however like to have you explain in the story exactly how naruto is an both an uzumaki and uchia on his mother's side.

One of the most interesting abilities in Naruto. I'm not saying to give Naruto 5 lives, but give him some form of Jiongu. This will greatly improve his survivability, and it's just badass as all hell.
