Thanks for sharing
GlassMazeGazer chapter 20 . 11/27/2019
So, what’s to prevent Niall from just kidnapping her again?
GlassMazeGazer chapter 19 . 11/27/2019
“...you have the gift of judging one's soul. It is a rare talent that allows you to see the true intent of a person, with just a look. This is how you know right away whether you can trust them, if you like them and feel comfortable with them.” This isn’t consistent at all with this Sookie’s constant waffling about Eric & others. Geeze — this is one of the least appealing Sookies I’ve ever read. Eric would be better off without her. Who needs a psychotic bitch who can’t makeup her mind about whether she lives or trusts him?

For all her horrid behavior, Sookie should at least go kill Appius. It wouldn’t improve on her flawed character, but seems like the least she could do for Eric.
GlassMazeGazer chapter 18 . 11/27/2019
So the stereotypical Sookie sees the good in everyone, except Eric most of the time, but this Sookie sees the worst in everyone, especially Eric. BUT, she’s all for trusting an injured Felipe? Then so close to sunset she continues to wander around the debris amongst injured vampires? Seriously?
GlassMazeGazer chapter 16 . 11/27/2019
Soooooo, Sookie’s magical ability to charm others into liking her & protecting her only works on males? It sure doesn’t seem to work on Pam.
GlassMazeGazer chapter 14 . 11/27/2019
WOW! This has to be THE DUMBEST, most pathetic version of Eric I’ve ever read. Not only has he seemed basically clueless through this whole story, but even Sookie can out-fight him all just from her memories of watching wrestling on TV as a kid? None of the characters in this story seem to have any redeeming qualities whatsoever!
GlassMazeGazer chapter 13 . 11/27/2019
Why wouldn’t Eric have told her the name of the vampire guard so she wouldn’t be guessing & errantly trust the wring one?

Well, maybe Sookie’s psychotic bitchiness will keep her from danger...
GlassMazeGazer chapter 11 . 11/27/2019
Geeze! What’s with all the poking & hitting Sookie’s doing? That definitely doesn’t fall into the behavior of a “lady.”

I’m gonna go out on a limb here & posit that this Sookie’s “roller coaster” ride might be more due to her needing psychiatric treatment for a pre-existing condition or two than just from here (admittedly) difficult circumstances. Bi-Polar disorder maybe? Plus she seems to have the emotional maturity & sexual self-discipline of an adolescent monkey.

Also, I get Sookie feeling confusion about who’s emotions she’s feeling through the bond, but Eric should be an expert at reading them. He’s a make & used to being tied by blood & feeling Pam’s emotions along with his own. It’s odd that he would be struggling to tell the difference between his & Sookie’s emotions.
GlassMazeGazer chapter 10 . 11/26/2019
I always find it bizarre that prissy, prudish Sookies in the FF stories have no reservations about sprawling out in tiny bathing suits in front of guards for hours while she gets all judgy about revealing Or provocative clothing on others (as she did about Claudette’s outfit).

Sounds like it’s high time E&S did some serious talking about the whole blood bonding thing!
GlassMazeGazer chapter 9 . 11/26/2019
One of the variations on a phrase that keeps appearing in story after story is in this chapter: “Eric's fingers testing her readiness...” The first couple of times I read that in stories I didn’t think much about it. However, now that I see it repeatedly used within stories and in so very many stories, it’s really getting to me. It’s about as sexy as ‘he checked the oil in the car...’ Of all the recycled catchphrases FF writers habitually use, I vote for this one having the least merit. Surely there are more creative ways to express the same thing, assuming it even needs to be expressed.

I would have expected Sookie or Eric to say something to the Queen about him being with Sookie during the week she’s expected to return for the reveal. Surely everyone has seen enough of Andre’s treachery in this story alone to know it wouldn’t be safe for Sookie to be in the palace with Eric to protect her.
GlassMazeGazer chapter 7 . 11/26/2019
I could see Andre giving in to Eric’s suggestion while they were in Rhodes (SVM), but it doesn’t make sense to me that he would cave to that in the palace with so many of their own guards to defend him.
GlassMazeGazer chapter 4 . 11/26/2019
Wow — The Sookie character here is more dumb than usual, but so is the Eric character. It doesn’t make any sense at all for a vampire of his age & experience, who is supposed to be keeping Sookie hidden for her protection, to use her in a meeting with other humans & vampires, much less have her walking through public hallways in his office building. This is a serious flaw in the story. Eric characters have many flaws, but stupidity is not one of them or he couldn’t be the centuries old, powerful vampire sheriff he is.
TeamEricNSookie chapter 21 . 2/23/2019
Amazing story, thank you for sharing. Your story was like a breath of fresh air, a cool drink of water. I had fallen down a rabbit hole and the stories were not good and it was so refreshing to find a story that has character development, mystery, intrigue, and is just an all-around great story. Thank you for sharing.

I really wish you would write a sequel, it was the story wide open there’s so much more to explore. For instants I would love to see the suped up Sookie take on Appius. What would happen next for her Sookie and Eric. What’s up with Victor and De Castro.
Guest chapter 21 . 6/13/2017
Great story! I haven't checked yet but I really hope there is a sequel! You're really a great story teller!
MsNorthman chapter 12 . 4/21/2017
Can't believe I've never read this before! I'm glad I came across it, great story! And that was a kick ass fight scene!
