But there was nothing in your summary that hinted at the sudden turn into incest at the end, save for the rating; and, though it didn't particularly bother me, there are readers who would be disgusted and/or triggered by such content, so you should probably add a warning or two for the unaware... Because this was most definitely not what I usually think of when I read the words "sibling fluff", haha.

Dude, you call this fluff? Fluff is generally understood to be very, very soft feel-good non-plots. Granted, this is not exactly lemon, which would be on the far opposite end of the softness-spectrum from fluff, but fluff and M-ratings just don't go together IMO.
