AWW, I LOVED IT! I was so excited with their relationship this season, I mean I was terrified after the end of last season, and I agonized all summer, I mean yes I was worried about Tony and Ziva's relationship but I was WAY more worried about her's and Gibbs. I have almost always seen there relationship as her loathing her own father and accidently finding a father figure in him, but guilty over the fact that she wished that Gibbs was her dad instead of her own father because no matter how hard she tried to completely shut her father from her life there was this one tiny part of her that refused to let her completely. lol, ok, sorry that was probably way more than you needed to know, but I loved your story, it was fantastic, you should do a short one-shot kind of like this for each character and Gibbs, either that or turn this into a multi-chapter story and give each member one chapter, I mean, they don't ALL have to be on the verge of death, but something simple and short like this, it would be really cool and you seem to be really good at writing their characters _

Fantastic - how you used 'Probie' in this. And how you had Gibbs' thoughts that everyone in the team was his.

I love the focus on the eyes - especially since Gibbs and Ziva both have beautiful eyes... nice!
