o-oh! this was absolutely adorable. the characters were on-point, & the guilt & kindness that snuck up on eddy .. it was all nicely written! i don't normally like cutesy one-shots, seeing as i like to huddle in my corner of angst & woe, but this one definitely made me smile more than any other cutesy story i've read in the past.

Seriously, this is one of the best EEnE one-shots I've ever read (and it's based on one of my absolute favorite episodes, too, which makes me really happy). The story was both poignant and funny, a very difficult balance to achieve that you pulled off beautifully. And everyone stayed completely in character the whole time. I especially love that you used their "voices" masterfully - even when Eddy is simply imagining an argument between his two friends, I could hear them saying those words in my head. Each Ed has a very particular way of speaking, and you got it down perfectly. I truly admire the skill that takes.

There are so many parts of this story I loved, I could never list them all. So instead I'll end by saying you are an amazing writer, and I hope to read more of your work soon.

Very well written and quite cute! You kept them in character while still showing a softer side, and you proved that subtle fluffy moments can be just as touching as the big ones. In short: D'aw!

Very IC, IC, IC! It was also quite humorous; I found myself laughing out loud a few times and saying "That's just great", although I may just be easily-humored. ;P

MAD skillz, housecat. The scenes were wonderfully descriptive and the short story was... well, just perfectly simple. My day has been made sunnier. :)

Awh! That was a wonderful one-shot that showed just a little bit of progress in the Edd/Eddy ship. I love fics that describe everything leading up to the ship getting together. And the closing line by Double D was awesome. Great job!
