I don’t know if I’ve said this before, but I can’t tell you how much this story means to me. It has gotten me through some rough personal and emotional times, and it’s brought me great comfort and distraction when I needed it. It’s very well written and the characters are true to themselves and I couldn’t be happier with how it ended. I want to say more, but I don’t think I have the words. I binged this when looking for AUs where Clark and Lex remain friends, and Ohmigosh this was delightful. I don’t know if you will be continuing this, but thank you so much for the pleasure of reading what you have written so far. Your writing style kept me invested in the story, the length and content of the chapters was perfect, and the story progression and character development was well planned and implemented, I absolutely loved reading this. I really want an update ; this is a great story.

I found this story and read it straight through. I see that you have been writing this for a while, so I am not sure how often you post your newest chapter.
ex's friend Steve's dad. What were they experimenting on when the explosion happened? We (the readers) know what it was because of the effect it had on Clark. And even after Lex was told about Clark no one seems to make the connection. Lex was made to work in all area's of the company yet nothing more was said about lab work. Lex and his father's relationship might have changed, but I doubt that his work ethics did. Which means many things are still happening behind closed doors that are not above board. What does that do with the moral compass the Kents are trying to instill in Lex so he is not like his father?
Also when this story is going through it time jumps, in the three years of college, these boys never had their own chapters of just dealing with sibling conflicts, friends entering into the circle, just one on one between the two boys. Clark hasn't been in trouble for a long time... has he ever had a time when he found himself in trouble and went to his big brother for help? Lex is the center of this fiction...but Clark is also a teen and should have his own teen rebellion, love issues, grades, friendship, growing pains issues that rear its ugly head.

It was said that the meteor affected a lot of people not just Clark. Is this why Lex is bald? Lex has a lot of issues that he is still working through. He has touched lightly on this when he came to why he turned straight to prostitutes. We know that Clark's love interest wears a piece around her neck...who else was affected and how? Does it have anything to do with the community at all?
Clark plays a lot of basketball at home, no school activities?

AHHHH I just popped to the beginning and end of each chapter to check author notes and see if it was really, really true — that you'd updated this story with new material. I'm SO excited, you have no idea! I first read Friendship Series on iirc and I reread it every year or two.
