Love! Was looking for a good post bad cop good cop and this was perfect!

Lovely. I like the "always going to suck" because it is True. I like that he decides to hold her until she tells him not to...and that, instead, she accepts it. I like that she's concerned THEY will not e okay. Excellent.

This is beautiful and emotional and really well-written. The characterisation is excellent and it's so tender and bittersweet and it captures the emotions really well.

Well, I don't know why you're not in love with this :(

I like it, haha. It's so tender. And I love that he tried to comfort her with his words even though, when it comes to the serious matters, he really isn't that stellar at talking.

And her panic really broke my heart ... *sobs* I'm glad he knew how to hold her, after all.

This is completely in character, and very touching. While I love to imagine (and read fics!) that Tony and Ziva are having a behind the scenes relationship that they're hiding from everyone, I know it doesn't fit with the canon of the show. The scene, however, is something that is absolutely believable in the context of the show. Great job.

That was really sweet. I especially like the last line, it made me go 'aaw' :)

This is really good... I actually think that it would have been nice to have some version of this in the episode (maybe just a short conversation)... but it was a dense episode, lots of things to be told and only 40-something minutes to do it... would've been nice, had there been time...

Just finding these stories after reading your new one, Chance. I love the elevator scene that you've created, it will be one that sticks in my mind, like many other the show has done. I like Tony's "it's always going to suck but eventually it won't suck as much" and the fact that it took Ziva time to relax in his arms. I really like your writing.
