Dude I love short fics like this, really we'll written and in character and shit and it was all cute and hurt!dean fun until you ripped out my fucking heart with, "And he thinks he's making a promise." Thinks. Dammit Sammy. Awesome fic though, don't worry about my tears.

That was phenomenal. Just funny and Dean all heatstrokey and loopy, Sam all bi**h faced and wonderful and here you get in the tub and then in three lines you turned this on its head and dropped the proverbial bomb. Like a hit to the stomach. A beautifully delivered shock.

Aww, this was awesome. I love disoriented Dean, never can seem to get enough. Same thing goes for protective Sam. And then you add in the brotherly banter-it doesn't get much better than that. :-)

Parts of this were sad but Dean was so cute with his confused “Thought somethin’ was a little off" and "They got ambulances all the way out here?”

I love Dean's end of the non-communicative "yeah yeah gotta go" conversation - it sounded so much like him! - and Sam worrying his butt off afterwards. Love too the drunken slurry heatstroked Deanspeak, and Sam fussing over him, sticking him in the tub and taking his temperature. It's great too that Dean's just, forgotten that he has a partner, in these early days of them working together... that seems like something that could certainly happen, especially with the heatstroke starting to work on him.
