This word would explain his seriousness. I did wonder what made him stay during season one till I saw how much the BAU became his family.
I totally agree with his choice of the team over his marriage.

I might have thought that family is what drove him, to keep families whole or give them peace and finally find one of his own.
Closure does make a lot of sense though and he can usually help give it to others at the end of the day, especially Hotch and Reid.

She does find the balance between agent and human very well.
Her role is so understated and yet very crucial to their success

A bit surprising choice for Spencer. It does suit him though with what he prioritizes and what drives him to keep trying.
My favorite episodes are the ones where he finds the clue that unravels the whole mystery.

This fits her very well too, she doesn't like to play political games but she doesn't stop with her goals.

I finally read the last three additions to this, and they are absolutely fantastic! Love how you pointed out that Rossi has slowly become part of the team and would have trouble leaving now, I don't think that gets mentioned enough. You explained Garcia perfectly and added in her spunk, too, that was awesome! And of course, you nailed Hotch on the head (in a way that only you can)! He is a complex individual, but you do a great job of figuring him out! You've written quite a bit since I met you and everything I've read from you has been fantastic, but there introspective pieces may be the best so far! Keep up the great work!

Sorry it took me so long to read! A great final installment, I like how you show Hotch's protective side. It was also interesting to imagine that Hotch wanted to go further in the BAU.

Great job sis! This in combo with the premiere left me quite moved. Love your portrayl of Hotch and his words ring true.
