I'd forgotten how much I love this story. Sam slowly convincing Dean that he's real is such a powerful scene.

On an unrelated note, if you don't mind me asking, what do you think of the announcement that there'll only be one more season?

You never go for the wimpy emotional fix. Your Dean and Sam are the EXACT match to the brothers on the show. Just enough love and caring, but never OOC! WOW! I love your stuff! God bless you!

Absolutely Awesome Plot Ever !

Frightening, what Dean went through to get to the place he was. No response, and then all frightening hunter - wow. Yeah, I can see a demon messing with Dean that way. Liked the Dad call at the end.

Whoa. This one was so intense. Sam having to save Dean from his own head is a long tortuous process.

Awesome Season 1 feeling with protective!Sam, Sam caring for Dean! Loved it :D

Awesome story. Half why through I started to cry a little. You know you put a lot of feeling into your stories and that is what makes you an awesome writer.

Now this is perfect for my one a day habit. The description of Dean right after they find him is just as terrifying if not more so than the cold eyed killer Sam finally meets. The slow acceptance of reality was heartbreaking as was Dad calling. Wonderful.

I like that Sam has his own set of IOUs that he can call in. Makes him seem more legit as a hunter, somehow, something which becomes readily apparent by the end of the fic.

Aw, K, this is just beautiful. I loved this.

I liked that you included a couple of 'seasoned' hunters from their past to aide Sam in his mission to find Dean. And I liked that he couldn't wait for them to get there to help and then once Dean was found, he couldn't wait for them to leave.

I thought you played Dean's vulnerability, his lostness, so well. Very believable and his finding his strength with the knife to Sam's throat was unexpected and air-sucking.

Great break of Dean as well. I loved that it wasn't realization, but more of a surrender. I loved the sag against the wall and Sam just with a hand, letting Dean run the show of how much, when and how.

Loved it.

Interesting that the same thing that happened in Mystery Spot sort of happened to Dean - on a much meaner scale. Cool!

I love this undying faith both the boys have in each other. The trust so inexplicably there no matter what. The demon sure went to town on Dean with that trust, too.
