I cried. I'm still crying. This is without a doubt the saddest story I've ever read! It was depressing and painful to read, but I cannot deny that it was tragically beautiful.

That was really really sad. I so wish you would have put in the end Haruhi whispering something to Kyouya so he could hear her voice once more before he died. But OMG I almost started to cry and had to fight tears reading what Kyouya was saying. That was Beautifully written.

This story was so sweet and sad at the same time! Why couldn't she say something to him when he was talking about how muched he missed her and loved her? Aww! This story is so going on my fave list~

Poor Haruhi and Kyouya! I wonder why Kyouya would tell her why he loved her when he had the chance? He's just a big idoit! Except really romantic. 5/5!

Do you know how close I was to crying :(, you just left Kyoya sitting there, crying his heart out for Haruhi when she's right there crying with him. Why make him suffer? *sigh* Of course this is but a story so I applaud your work and keep up the creativity.

you HAVE TO HAVE an epilogue for this. pls. not a one-shot. that is too cruel to us readers.

This story made me cry a bucketful of tears,the story's really sad. I like making stories that leaves the reader asking "what's gonna happen?" but this one's like a painful hanging ending (I mean in a good but sad way). It's really effective because it makes me want to go back and read it again, well done! TT-TT.

? Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a sec. so i got it up until the tape recorded part. so everything underlined was the tape recorder, right? including the part where kyouya was talking? if so, why does he have that recording with him and not leave it with her, even though if he had it would have defeated the whole purpose of leaving in the first place... and what exactly is he dying from anyway? and why in the world would you end the fic before haruhi talked to him? :( but the stuff that i understood was very good. :D

*wipes tears* this is really sad. :( but you've written it quite nicely. :) if only Haruhi would tell him that she's there beside him at that very moment, it would have been too sad to read. but it will sort of have a happy ending you know. never mind mine theory, you did an excellent job.

OMG! Please right a squeal or something. We have to know what has happened. I mean, this is a nice ending too but it leaves so many possibilities.

Anyways, this was such a beautiful fanfic. It had so much meaning behind it. Even though I didn't cry, I still felt touched at the end that Haruhi was there for him, even if he didn't know it.

That jerk (you gotta love him), did he really think she would prefer things this way? Did he really believe she'd not want to be with him no matter what? Did he really save her anything by leaving the way he did? Of course not, she would have wanted every available moment they could have together.
