very nice, well done first fic, welcome! right now is sortofa lull period in fic writing for IM, it was hot & heavy when the movie came out, but a year on, it's lagging. any contributions you have are greatly appreciated. it's sad the little things they leave out of the movies (and don't cover in the book) because of time and money. i guess it's left to the fan fic writers to fill in the pieces with little, sweet tidbit stories like this. it bridges to the movie & actually makes the whole storyline richer & well-rounded.

I pretty much hate all tears and no, well, non-tears. I just usually don't like it. Now I could rant on about how I have a deep dislike for that, but what would be the point of that. Stupidity so I'll just get to the good points. Yes I do hate stories like this, but some how, if the characters just don't fall to tears when revealing their love for each other, it means they're not truly in love. You've gotta have real romance to have romance, in other words there has to be some tears shed or some fluff to show that it is true romance. Keeping that in mind, this was a well written story. Tony does need Pepper(he'd be dead with all that scotch intake without her) and it's great to show that. So please write more!

you might want to make a correction: Stane was the CFO, or chief financial officer, not the CEO. Tony is the CEO, or chief executive officer, and i can't see him giving that up, can you?
