When I read the summary of this, by the way, I was like nah maybe not. It says “not a happy ending” so I better not fuck with that shit bcs I’m not stable enough myself to be reading Angst. But I read this and boy, if this is the kinda angst we’re talking about, then fuck yes.

Ive always wanted to read a Gary/Pete fic that shows how abusive it can be, but at the same time it’s complicated because of the...the /things/ going on in Gary’s head and Pete’s heart.

I was not expecting smut, btw, so it was a pleasant surprise to see such well written smut. It fit in perfectly with the plot, too.

Whew, I got scared for a second when I read ahead and thought Gary said "You're beautiful" to Pete, and I was like whaat? But then I read the whole thing and was like...oh alright haha. To sum it all up, this story is flipping amazing, you kept the characters in line the whole time, plot's awesome, ending's awesome, everything’s awesome haha. Really enjoyed this.

This story is hot, intense, twisted, and heart-breaking all at the same time. It's amazing. Great job.
