I knew from the summary I wasn't going to like this story, or the contents/plot anyway; however, I couldn't not read it after having consumed your other work. I was not wrong to read it - a well-deserved reprieve for Legolas if there ever was one. I love what it cost him to get there, and what it cost Aragorn to get back there, and that despite the sad tone (and my tearful state) at the end, the reader is assured.
