This was a very well orchestrated peace. It reminds me of the Empire Strikes Back and Revenge of the Sith.

I do have a feeling of its inspirations though with Sora's entrance into the Realm of Darkness.

First of all, great story. The theme of war never bore me and you pulled it nicely. Though the X-Blade was really predictable. But really... Love this. I'll wait for the 2nd arc like a good kid. :)

Sora's starting to scare me. He's incorruptible, but now that you're twisting this I'm really interested. Will he need to be stopped in the end? Killed even? And what about the shadow people (Master X, I'm guessing)? Keep this coming!

when i started reading it i really didn't expect the story to be this good, but its turning out great, the only criticism i can really give is some spelling and grammar issues, but i'd just be nit-picking. About the story arcs i think you should just continue with them in the same story, it kinda keeps the action going and continues to build onto the characters emotions and the effects of their battles

Although it's really hard to read what happend to Sora during all this time in war, you described his change of mind really good. But after all, it makes me sad. *sighs* :( I hope there's a chance for him to find his peace in the end, somehow.

this wasn't a terrible chapter. I definitely felt a lot of emotion through the writing. Great job with Riku's scene. I was definitely pretty excited as a read that. Especially Sora's thoughts and his changes are really good. I think he never imagined to have to deal with so much responsibility and pain. After all he just wanted to save Kairi and Riku, and now he's responsible for everything. :(

Though this chapter did seem rushed at certain points just judging by the few mistakes I found...

I really enjoyed the fight scene between Roxas and Sora and I also liked the way Sephiroth was portrayed. He was totally bad-assed!

Hmm...that's hard to decide! I guess I would want to see Leon vs. Malificent the most, just see what happens with that. Haha, as I was reading Roxas' and Sora's fight scene, I was listening to Vanitas' theme, which kind of helped set the mood. I felt the chapter was good but it could've been better.

Hopefully your next update won't take as long. But hey, no pressure. Things come up, I can understand that.

From what I understand from you're note, then, this won't be the last time we see Aqua? Because I really want to see some more of her as well as appearances from Ven and Terra. But I'll wait and see what happens.

Though I don't see this ever happening, I still love this, nontheless. But I can't help but feel that this won't be so lengthy like I hoped. That's ok, I guess, I just was thinking that this would go out for quite a few chapters. That aside, I can't wait to see what happens next. Roxas and Sora challenging each other is always epic!

There was one thing that kept bothering me. The way you portrayed Master Yen Sid didn't seem right. I don't know how to explain it but it felt like he was a much more talkative kind of person and not one who was filled with endless wisdom. I don't know, maybe it was just me. Can't wait for the next chapter.
