| what a lovely way to burn chapter 1 . 1/6/2019 AHHH THIS IS SO GOOD! i recently watched part two of a slippery slope and i ship quigley and violet so hard. i admit i was a bit hesitant when i saw that it was written in first person, because i find that so many first person fics don't delve into the person's thoughts and emotions. well, this story laughed in the face of my hesitation. you write quigley perfectly — i love the detail of how he's shy and not a natural flirter (especially the addition of how easily duncan flirts), and the tears in the waterfall, and the present day scene. wow. i love this so much! amazing story and fantastically written. :) |
