This is gorgeous, simply put. You don't find many fanfictions like this on ff or anywhere, and i think this one just has a certain unique hue to it that makes it simply fascinating. Please keep up the good work, dahlink, and don't forget to update soon!

Are you sure you mean double-sided blade, rather than double-edged blade? The latter refers to a weapon that can hurt its wielder, as well as the one it is wielded against. I've never heard the former phrase, before.

You may want to expand and rethink the interview between Xavier and the kid a bit. It seems very abrupt, and the line, "You needn't worry about your father," is incredibly brutal. Even Sabretooth would recognize the time needed to grieve, particularly since the lad, however inadvertantly, killed his own father, and without any sense of resolution to this one conflict that threatened to tear about what sounded like a close relationship; unless, of course, you're saying that Xavier removed most of the knowledge of the child's father from his mind. If so, this isn't clear. (Xavier couldn't touch the emotional baggage, since that's empathic, not telepathic, in origin.) I'd also be interested in Xavier's internal motivations, if this was the case.
