I read this and have become fascinated. No, I don't think this is overly-confusing.

It makes sense that Haruhi can't possibly explain what they are talking about because of her lost memories and misses in conversation.

I think this story is Great! Just like frosted flakes! LOL! Anyways, i wanted to ask, is the girl really Haruhi? But you don't have to tell me if it will be explained later..oh and is the house they at the beach house from that one episode were Haruhi falls off the cliff thing and Tamaki saves her?

Hey, very interesting premise...I'm not sure if it's Haruhi or not! Though I hope it is...:)

The only feedback aside from that is it felt like there was a lot of exposition in this chapter. To be honest I skipped some of it, especially the part in the beginning.

Later on, there were some really good parts that were really well written and interesting, so basically my feedback would be to tighten it up a bit?
