I loved this fic It was so well written and had an amazing ending. I loved how it still ties into the original at the end.

Yami is as dark as his Season 0 counterpart, if not a bit darker...

This is a beautiful story that shows that you can change and become a good person. Yami and Yugi are complementary they are a balance and it can not destroy. The last chapter is really great, it connects very well with the original story. And so I'm happy that Yami and Yugi are together. Yes ! happy ending ! Thanks you for this story, I love it so so much !

When I found this fic only day and a half ago, I never thought that I'll finish it so quickly and blimey that was different. I'm trying to express my emotions into review, but it's hard because this fic was so good.
I loved it. There, that's the best description that I can give from my jumbled emotions. I simply loved it. At first Yami had that season 0 vibe around him and I loved it because I absolutely love season 0. Loved the ending as well, I didn't expect that twist and I'm still grinning as I'm writing this review.

I'm guessing that Yugi controlled the villagers and made them kill each other or commit suicide.

I'm really liking this, how descriptive Yami's thoughts as he spends more on Yugi and as he flickers between old self and his growing feelings for Yugi.

I love the demon/angel story type that you've set. I love how their wings seems to embody how these characters are and seems to highlight the contrast between Yami and Yugi. The raw power behind Yami's and the innocence of Yugi's. How Yami's claws on his wings commands fear as the balding of Yugi's wings from the whiplashes and malnutrition exposes his fragility. So beautiful and enticing!
