By the way, I sing myself to sleep at night. It helps a lot. My voice seems to soothe me. It may have also been the kind of song I chose to sing and the mood I was in and the condition my body was in.

Oh wow. Songs often play inside my mind and I often sing them aloud. I get ever so embarrassed when others catch me.
