Your writing is not my preferred style of writing but that's my issue not yours because you also write well. I'm even sure I could get through to the end of the story if I tried but for the fact that you're referring to Hermione's Montresor grandmother as her 'real' grandmother and not as her grandmother-by-birth.

I can assure you as I'm someone who is actually adopted the family that raised her is her REAL family. They may not be blood related but they are her REAL family.

Now I'm well aware how my review is sounding so far and I want to assure you that it is not my intention to post a flaming review. I just wanted to raise an awareness around this topic because it can be a sensitive subject to those of us who are adopted.

Sirius’ mum and Narcissa’s dad are brother and sister which is why they are cousins. And even if hermione’s grandmum was the sister of sirius’ dad they would still be third cousins.

I liked you nonangsty story. Also loved that you did an epilogue. I hat not knowing what happens to these people in the future.
