Dark but also realistic. I love this idea because I can see Kakashi doing this. Or at least cross his mind. The comparison to Hiruzen is brilliant, Kakashi wasn't going to repeat Hiruzens mistake.

This would have been much more interesting. The sealing of Kaguya could have been done by Naruto and Hinata as the reincarnations/descendants of her children and not her grandchildren.

This is interesting. I actually get what would lead Kakashi to the thought process that he had, and why he decided to do what he did.

I also like that bit of anger that Kakashi had at Sasuke using the very moves that he had been thought to hurt a friend. Kakashi thought him those moves so that he wouldn't get horribly injured or get killed only to have Sasuke turn around and hurt Naruto with it. No wonder he's mad.

So yeah I like this. A little dark, but realistic enough that I could see Kakashi go with this choice if things had gone a bit differently.

you know something?i think this is a MUCH better route,but please,do a little sequel (in it Orochimaru and Kabuto both dies after the training trip ) if you don't,it's fine,because,well,this is one of the best short one-shot i've readed so far

Wow, just ... wow. You should totally flesh this out sometime or pass it on; this story idea is absolutely epic! He tried doing this in Shippudden but it's nice to see this scenario at the Final Valley instead
