I am sorry, but this is a classic example of badfic. A lot of spelling mistakes and too much begging and whining for the Hero. The plot was okay, and the OOCness is probably because it's your first Mentalist fic. But try to put your fic through a spellchecker. If you don't know English that well (I'm Norwegian, so I get that) get a beta reader, and you'll be a better writer in no time!
