This was a very unique story! Your writing flowed so smoothly and you wove a compelling tale that I couldn't put down until the very end. Bravo!

In the beginning, you described Shippo with the appearance of a human 9-year-old, yet he mated Rin... What? How old was Rin? What gender was their pup? How many did they end up having? What role did Shippo play in the war and in their present life? And Inuyasha, what role does he play later on in the survival of the West? What happened to them after everything? Why didn't the twins also visit and meet their younger sister? Do they have an active role in the running of the land? What are their personalities?

these were long chapters, but i liked it. this was lemon-y goodness at it's best. you met all the criteria for this challenge. all the fan fiction that i read is the best. i'm going to put this in my faves b/c i liked it sooo much. keep up the great writing and i'll be sure to look for more of your stories. c'ya'

His court's acceptance of Kagome was unexpected but welcomed. And the way they asked for her guidance when they thought he was dead was heartwarming :)

I couldn't understand her not putting her foot down when he told his pup that she was his and not her pup's because, I, as a mother, will always put my child first and then my husband, and he would do the same, so I can't understand her as a human...that intrigued me, she accepted his dominance and superiority as a given. She called herself a peasant even though she was from modern times where equality is the norm.

Well, she's a giver not a taker so maybe that's why she lets him dominate her like that...

For a second I thought that he lied to her that she was ill so she'd agree to became his mate and the scent was from his pup, so I was relieved that he told the truth. And now they are mates :D

I think they love each other but they're scared to let their guards down so they are hiding beneath words like 'the best choice as my mate' and others like that.

She'll have a lot to endure at his court until they'll accept her as Sesshomaru's mate, especially being a human and a miko, that has the job of getting rid of demons like them...

Friends with benefits for her but I wonder what is his view on their relationship?

I thought it was good! Very realistic, and if it is on Dokuga I will favorite it.
