I want to thank you for this beautiful, perfect story, Rina. I enjoyed and adored every single chapter of it. I especially loved the birth scene, you got me by total surprise with the twins. It was amazingly written as always with lots of depths regarding the descripting of Cates emotions. I also like this actual chap, despite its the last one. I like the names of the babys, and I like the end, all of them living together as a big family.
So, congrats on your work. I so, so hope that you will come up with another story soon. Ill keep being a loyal reader for sure.

It would be strange turning them all human. But the Jenova cells are a disease, at least to humans, and could be a threat to the planet still.

Reno saves the day! And in typical fashion, brags about it all. Wearing a garter on his head sounds like something he would do.

Uncle Cloud is still a grumpy-face.

Paxx and Jaren return! I'm glad you had them come back for the finale. I was surprised Shandi came back.

Marlene caught the bouquet, Denzel better watch out! That was pretty funny.

Jenny's still out there, still trying to come back for revenge. Cat being able to purge her system of Jenny's cells should hold her off, for now, anyway.

This is why you need to go for regular checks, Cate! Surprise! Oh my gosh though, two babies! I'm so happy! It's great that you don't glamorize having babies, it's refreshingly honest and more informative than most of the information available. Childbirth is so gross but so incredible; total chaos and mess, but then suddenly there's another human being in the room. (I watched a couple of birthing videos after this and couldn't get over the fact... suddenly a person, in like five minutes, what even that's so insane...) Cate needs to just crash and be pampered because holy shit well done girl! If the boys aren't bringing her food and flowers and rubbing her feet then I'll kick their pretty toned asses.

"Our bodies are designed to withstand enormous amounts of pain. Yours isn't." "Yes it is, I'm a woman!" A-fucking-men, Cate, a-fucking-men...

(I couldn't get over Kadaj hopping around trying to A: be helpful, B: be nosy, C: not be the only one not nearly naked - that cracked me up and made me want to pat his little brunette head all at once.)

Once again, so delighted by this story and the detail and beautiful world building! I want to see what happens, but don't want it to end - the age old conundrum...

What will the babies names be I wonder?!

It's amazing how something so wonderful can be so gross. You didn't shrink away from the details to 'pretty it up', which is good. Giving birth isn't easy.

Though the part about eating a certain something almost made me throw up.

I liked the little quip Kadaj made about knowing the baby wasn't his. And how he was so impatient to help and to see the babies. He's really changed for the better.

Loz was great, as always. But he almost fainted at the little surprise, I don't blame him.

Mini-Loz! That sounds so cute! Infinitely better than having a Mini-Jenny. No blue skin, no tentacles, no wings.

I wonder how the telepathic communication will work now that the babies are born? Can you imagine being a teenager with your mind linked permanantly to your mother's? It would be a nightmare, she'd know if you were even thinking about doing something she didn't approve of!

I first read this story back in... 2009? When it was only 7 chapters long! I came back to re-read it last week, only to find 41 chapters! You are like the happily-ever-after fairytale of fanfiction, my dear Rina! Back in 2009 I was an itty-bitty teenager, too afraid to review, but let me say now I adore this fic and all of your work :) I cannot express my pure delight at finding your updates still continuing! It's oddly nice to spend a work day tired yet internally squealing because I was up until 2 am reading, instead of a school day...

Your characters are beautiful, your prose wonderful, Cate adorable, and I never expected this story to pan out as it has - but it's so much better! The lair is the most delightful thing ever.

Ah, the miracle of childbirth...

Most stories gloss over the pain and sheer grossness involved in the birthing process. The baby pops out and everything is beautiful. That's not how it happens, folks. I've never witnessed it, thank God, but it cannot be pleasant to experience pushing a fairly large living creature out of your nether regions.

I think Kadaj is going to wish he hadn't wanted to witness the birth, I'm starting to feel queasy, and I'm just reading it. I guess it's lucky we squeamish men don't give birth, we wouldn't be able to handle it.

I wonder what Loz and Cate's enormous offspring will be, boy or girl?

I still can't really picture Loz in a suit, but I'm sure he'd look great.

'User error'... I don't know why I found that so funny, but I did. And Reno being a nympho. He's young, he's hot, he's going to take advantage of what he's got, right?
