I liked this story.

I thought it was somewhat sweet in a way. I love the fact that we got to see the stubborn side of Brennan and the protective side of Booth, I think that’s what mostly made this story sweet. I’ll be honest with you, it’s not my favourite story by you, only for the fact that I felt like it dragged on for a little bit, and to some people that don’t have patience it could have become somewhat boring, and they’d lose interest. (Does that make sense to you?)

However, I am going to totally contradict myself here by saying that, I personally wouldn’t change anything because I liked the little insight to how much in love Booth is with Brennan by caring for her even when she tells him to back off. I liked seeing Bren letting her guards down with him and so for that this was a rather intriguing piece to read. Thanks for writing it.

Chapter 5

Wow, what is going on with Brennan? Migraines? I have those, and they are no fun.

I loved the whole scene where Brennan realizes Booth’s there, and I love how comforting he is to her.

Chapter 6

I like that Booth is there for her and understands that she’ll tell him when she’s ready.

Love the image of Brennan and the glasses. Perhaps Booth can indulge in more than fantasy? :)

I like that Brennan is so feisty about the glasses, but Booth remains as cool as a cucumber.

Oh, that UST was just cruel! Glasses are hot! Okay, now all is right… :) And fantasy becomes reality.

There’s a silver lining in always being late to the fic parties-I don’t have to wait for subsequent chapters. :) I’m interested to see where this leads.

Love the heart-to-heart. I think apology sex would work, though. :) Kidding...or am I?

Chapter 4

Love the very Brennan-like apology. Apology sex, apology pie…it’s practically the same thing. :) Aw, it’s cute that Booth put Brennan’s note in his wallet.

A great conclusion to a fantastic fic, i really like the way that she overcomes her shame of showing herself with the glasses on to booth, him showing that she hadn't lost any of her beauty :) Also the final touch, reminiscing of the airplane episode, was really good ;)

That was an awesome ending!

I felt awful for her when she wondered to herself to what extent her glasses and diminished vision would lower his opinion and estimation of her, but his reassurance was very sweet. As was his declaration that even with the specs she looked beautiful *sigh*.

I loved the very ending. Booth's fantasy:) I had a hard time believing that she didn't know what he was talking about on the plane that day.

But honestly, I'm surprised you didn't get as much feedback as your previous stories, because this was excellent.

I loved how this was different, an unexplored plotline, and it showed the fear that Brennan often feels. You captured this amazingly well, your writing paints an amazing picture, especially with your great use of metaphor etc.

I look forward to reading more of your stories, this was beautiful :)

I wish she had said the whole " do you know what the penalty is" thing. I find it very intersting that Brennan shows a bit of vanity. Somehow, even though she dresses in designer and wears makeup, it never comes across... It was a weakness worth exploring...
