Molly Weasley is a twit!

Was Tony’s magic Sealed or Bound without his knowledge? By whom? Why? When? Did “Senior“
know that “Junior’s” magic was bound? Was Tony’s
biological mother still a Paddington from Great Britain?
Are the Paddingtons a pure-blood House of any repute in Magical Britain? One of the “28”?

Why was Molly Weasley (née Prewett) so presumptuous to assume she would be granted custody of 4-year-old “BWL” Harry Potter?

Neither Molly nor Arthur Weasley were members of the Order of the Phoenix in Voldemort’s blood war in tbe 1970s. (Note: Molly’s elder brothers Fabian & Gideon Prewett were Order members who were killed fighting the Deatheaters before 10/31/1981) The Weasleys were neither schoolmates nor social contemporaries of The young wealthy Potters. Many other magical families would have a far more legitimate claim on the Potter scion.
Molly’s actions are suspicious as she should be mired in the duties of Motherhood raising her 7 children. By 1985, Molly would have two at Hogwarts and five still at home — with the youngest daughter Ginny age 3 just out of diapers. Moreover, Molly is they stay-at-home patent — cooking, cleaning, shopping, washing & mending clothes, gardening, raising pigs and chickens, as well as supervising, refereeing & doctoring her boisterous sons and sole daughter. And keeping MoM-employed husband, Arthur happy at night, etc.
You should recall that magical BRITAIN has no formal education prior to Hogwarts at age 11, so Molly is also in charge of Homeschooling her younger children. Intelligent and inquisitive Percy (age 9/10-year-old) would love learning and devour books while rambunctious twins Fred & George (age 6 or 7) both energetic and mischievous would be a constant worry and focus. Youngest son 4-year-old Ronnie would be required either to entertain his little sister or to play with his elder brothers, i.e., constantly hide from his teasing & tormenting twin brothers. The Burrow would be in a constant state of Bedlam.
Obviously, money would have been scarce for the Weasleys especially as they are already paying two Hogwarts sets of books, robes, and other school materials Tuitions (& two Tuitions is they are even required. Some Fanon notes say Hogwarts charges no fees.) Regardless, the Weasleys are a loving, close-knit, proud yet impoverished Pureblood magical family. Why would Molly want another child at home? She can barely handle what she has now? Is it the Potter Money? Fame being associated with the BWL? helping Headmaster Dumbledore as only he can lessen their future Hogwarts debt, or is pureblood Molly using cunning to orchestrate a possible Alliance or marriage between the Weasley & Potter Families? I would have thought that uber-mother Molly Weasley was too overwhelmed by the endless demands of Motherhood to even think beyond the boundaries of the Burrow?!
Did Machiavellian Dumbledore plant the “seed” in her mind?
