I ship them so much, I did not think it was possible. And your fanfic inflamed my ship big time.

So I stopped reviewing for a couple of chapters because I read them in the subway in off-line, and I didn't have the courage to stop reading (it is a disease of the mind).
I really liked those three though. The moment in the library is so... I don't know. Normal, and not normal at all. It is easy to feel that things have changed and well, you'd expect that it could go nowhere, but it just works seamlessly.
I really loved the chapter where Sakura and her mother (and Johnny), go to the supermarket as well as the interactions between Sakura and Tsunade. All that feels so real to me. I quite detest Sakura's mother as well and I am outraged that she just can behave like that, without any sort of consciousness of what's happening and the damage she does around her. But people are really like that IRL, and I felt that you really captured it well.
One other thing that I appreciate with your writing is that, despite the fact that this is a Sakura POV, we have many other characters input, and they all have their reasons to think the way they do. So you can't agree totally with anyone, and in that, it shows that your intrigue is more complex that one could think while starting a "high-school" UA (no offense, on the contrary).
Well, in any case, one of the best characters is obviously Naruto and I love him!

Concerning the moment and the kiss(es) shared by Sakura and Gaara, I felt you did an amazing job translating in words what one can feel with first passionnate kisses. It's kind of a mind-blowing experience and you were on point for that.

I'm gonna go now, have to get on that train again (to go home this time).

I just love this chapter.
I love this ambiance. I have the whole city and atmosphere built up in my mind.
It's true that's it is quite depressing, but while it is, it doesn't "depresses" me. It just works and it makes me want to read more, know more.
I just want to explore this world and know the characters better.

The scene in the library is really well written. The introspection of Sakura feels organic and just well-thought. I like it a lot.
The scene in the bedroom is harder to read, well because Sasuke is such a sick fuck. I mean it's basically agression. This is your girlfriend, man. He makes me want to vomit on his face.
So you see, the fact that you manage so easily to awaken feelings for the reader, that's proof of good writing to me.

I am just so sad at this point of the story because I know what's what. Don't judge me, but I really had no idea what was happening on the first reading run (Maybe it was quite obvious to native/other readers?). I really thought she wanted to reconnect with her daughter for a reason or another, but I couldn't not figure which one. I never thought it was about, well, in case anybody's reading the reviews and don't want to be spoiled (who does that?), I won't tell but damn.
I liked your introduction of Temari too, and I really liked what you did with the entirety of her character actually. It was really refreshing compared to other stories I read with her. The sand siblings relationship is so complicated, and hard to get and transcribe. You did an amazing job.

I mean, the fact that you gave him the ability to write was, I think, the best way for him to express his feelings and in that way, for them to really "meet". If this was a history subject, I'm quite sure it would have not ended up the same way (well, duh...) But you know what I mean, though, right?

What is funny to me is that I already know this story. I read it entirely as well as the sequel. So I know how it's going to work out and even how this particular arc ends.
But, I'm sure you know what it is to read something you like the second time. You don't know it so well as you thought you did and you're starting to notice some stuff you didn't before. It's never on repeat. It's a whole other experience. A pleasant one.
Even if the first is always indescriptible when you love what you're reading (and thus can't even stop).

This is actually the second time that I'm reading this piece of art, and since the first time went so fast that I didn't manage to stop myself to read in order to write you a review, I figured I would do it the second time around.
So I waited a month, made myself patient (LOL, as if), and now I'm back for refill.

So first of all, I'm Made, I'm french, so sorry in advance for my english mistakes (I'll do my best).
I was looking for a Sakura/Gaara story for a long time when I found this one.
It almost immediately checked all my boxes.
This is the perfect mix of fanfiction I wanted. U.A, but with faithfulness to the characters. You claimed it was OOC, but I found it quite accurate considering the universe you were setting your story into. The themes that you ventured into are really interesting to me too, so I was hooked ever since the first paragraph. I quite like the high-school stories to begin with, but I love new-town-new-life stories even more (when they are well done). And well, this one clearly is.
If I'm saying everything now, I'll run out of ideas for the next chapters so i'm going to refrain myself.
