This is really good so far... you had a great beginning that really grabbed me and pulled me in. Wonderful. I also enjoy your writing style. The only thing you need to work on is mechanics... hyphens, more specifically. Self-defense and 3 1/2 year-old and things like that should all be hyphenated. There were more other than just those two. There were also a few comma mistakes I spotted... oh, well. Like I said, though, you have great style and plot and things like that, it's just those darn mechanics. I hate them, myself. ) I'll read the rest later. Nice job thus far! |
