I've been reading a lot of fanfics about The World Ends With You lately, and frankly this has got to be the best so far. The plot veers away a lot from the original game's storyline, but it's all good. While the relationship between Neku and Shiki is cute and at times deliciously tantalising, it is the twists in the story that really drew me in. The character development is superb, and you can feel the emotions - anger, desperation, sadness, hopelessness - and it makes you genuinely care for the characters. I am eager to see how the story continues and reaches its ultimate conclusion. This is very good. I give it 5 stars out of 5.

Doesn't R&R mean Read and Review or something? Sounds plausible.

Even though I don't quite understand how everybody got in this situation, seeing that it doesn't follow the game AT ALL, the plot is very good!

Oh my... Not Josh!

Hehe, so anyways your story is making my stomach flipflop alot. Just one of those "I've been reading to much fanfiction" cases where a well writen story can make me roll over and beg for a new chapter... I won't go begging today but I'll get close. The story is kind of addicting. Its like one of those "I could actually imagine this being the real plot."

I'm not writing in my normal style for time reasons... sosososo sorry but I have something I'm suppose to go to soon. And leaving a review is polite in most cases unless it turns into a flame. You seriously asked what R&R means? Read and review

Honestly, I haven't played TWEWY, but I'm familiar with the plot and such. That said, this is absolutely amazing, especially for being your first fanfic.

Nice chapter. A little short, and you did a few repeating grammar marks a few times.

Actually, I think your chapters are, like.. really really short. Maybe just THE TIME FLYS for something..

Um, your grammer's not always STELLAR, and I got confused once or twice with who was speaking, but YAY! Neku/Shiki!

I swear, what's with the 20 some Neku/Joshua fics? Why can't two guys just be considered friends anymore! RAWR!

Good, but another thing I forgot to mention in my last review.

No double puncuation. "?" isn't good. A single question mark does it just fine.

Overall, it's good. Grammar issues bog it down. You put a space between ellipsies and the next word (such as "She looked terrified...utterly horrified' should be "She looked terrified... utterly horrified")

Also, use italics and not underlines for emphasis. Underlines are used to denote the name of a book or something like that.

Also, while CAPS LOCK MAY BE CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL, it definately doesn't help a story. Dialouge tags such as 'screamed' and exclamation marks can get that point across just as well.

But still, good. Glad to see that somebody realizes that just because Joshua hit on Neku in another day, it doesn't mean that the feelings are returned.
