Ok, so it took me like, I don't know... a week to get through the whole story. ( I work and have a hubby, yada yada) Let me tell you that I really enjoyed your story. I'm not big on human tmnt, but you made it work perfectly. Donnie is an uber genius and should be making tons of $$$. Anyway, I thought the music you chose for each chapter and the qutes where a wonderful touch. Some of the quotes were really thoughful, made me pause before getting into the story. Just great. I usually read on my phone, so when you suggested the song for the epic battle, Narvas, I listened to it on Spotify while I read that chapter, Then I listened to To Build a Home for as later chapter, nice touch. As a writer I could tell you got better as you were writing. And the boys stayed true to character. You made me fall in love with them all over again! You even made Leo funny. I was laughing a few times at his suble comments. My favorite OC would be Skylar, be cause she's the most volatile, or maybe Heather, because she's with Donnie. Anyway, those are my thoughts. OK, This, I loved.
Its very well written, the sentence structure is great, even though the plot gets a little jumpy at times - you can still follow the story.
Your OC's are brilliant. I have to admit Cameron is my favorite. Probably because she has the same mentality as I do...

But to be honest, I don't think I could have forgiven Elena...not after what she did. Even though she did try to protect Donnie in the end, she was still an accessory to everything that happened.
See! Your characters are that good i'm getting all bitchy over someone who only exists as a written word :D But still...If I existed in this perfect little turtle filled world of yours, I couldn't have simply let her back into their lives.

Well, you did dig deep into the characters after my last review, so now I'm please :). A bit later for my opinion, though.

Anyway, love the story. I enjoy reading it

I definetly love your fic! And Leo is OOC here, but that's just because he's drank xDD. I like him drank xDD. And I like the kiss in the rain too *_*. So romantic. And your writing style is good.

However, I think you could have done a few things to make this fic better and less superficial (which I think it's sometimes). For starters, Raph should be more tough. It also seems you forget that they all had their hearts broken. It seems all of them have overcome the betrayal pretty well and fast (too much, I think)except for Leo. They still should bear a grudge, or at least Raph and Leo should since for them was supposed to be harder than for their younger brothers as you said in the first chapter (and I totaly agree). Also it wouldn't hurt remembering they are ninjas and mention that they still train and that they have their weapons somewhere and things like that as well as saying how much they miss their family more often. I think you take too much time describing their looks and clothes when you could dig deeper into the characters. All of this makes the fic seem a bit superficial sometimes. Don't take me wrong, you still can describe their looks as much as you want as long as you don't forget about what troubles them.

Love writing long reviews with my opinions and thoughts. I mean no ofense, btw.

ok you are probably really annoyed because you posted this story awhile ago and i just read it but whatever. i usually hate the stories where the guys are human but this one was great! i love it sooooo much! and i just freaked out (in a good way) when i read the last sentence cuz it has the title in it and its just sooooooo sweet! :) you're such an amazing author :)

Geez, it's been like forever since I reviewed this story. My bad! See, what had happened was that somehow I was not feeling TMNT for a while so of course I couldn't read about something that I wasn't into. But then randomly I got into it again so I had to finish this story because it's one of my faves. I loved it! lol It was a nice thing to read to get back into the TMNT swing of things. I can't believe it's over though! Any other TMNT stories coming up? I'm gonna check out your HP one soon enough.

I would love to see this story continued! Leo is my fav Turtle...it was sorta funny how you prtrayed him. This was really well written!
