This was just so damn cute. Poor Meryl - always being taken advantage of by Vash. I loved her dialogue to herself - complaining about him and everything, and whether or not to let him sleep on the couch. And revenge of the buckles! I couldn't help but laugh.

Cuteness. And both very good in character.

Good use of descriptive language, and I enjoyed the characterization (very well done). The only qualm I have is a pair of misspelled "Their"s that popped up in the narrative. All in all, nicely done!

This was adorable and very funny! My favorite line was about how Meryl was admiring Vash all peaceful... and not blowing shit up. That was gold.

I also rather like that my significant other (ArkNorth) isn't the only person to have the idea that "Vash doesn't actually get drunk." If you notice in both the anime and manga, he sure does seem to "snap out of it" pretty durn quick when he needs to. I still call it just fan-theory, but it's not a crazy idea.
