okay i have a very valid question several different fics have hinted at glorfindel dying and coming back including your's but i have seen nothing about that in the appendices in the final LOTR book what's up with that then? and also the whole naming him a balrog slayer

What a great story! I wish I were more familiar with the Game of Kings; but I enjoyed the give and take; and the usage of Sindarin for the moves was exquisite. Great job on the flashbacks; it was nice to see a story where Faramir is fighting at Aragorn's side instead of just minding the store back in Minas Tirith.

And a great last line, too! No, the Khandians did not have a Happy Yule. (Glorfindel makes a great Father Christmas, though)

Im no expert in the LOTR universe - but I love how (I assume) you created a 3 dimensional picture of the elven faith with the elements of 'the judgement' and so on. Wonderful!

What an entertaining, quirky tale - I loved it!

I can't help but be intrigued as to what the terrible memory was that Legolas had been suppressing for centuries. And I could never understand why Arwen wanted to marry Aragorn when there was Legolas available, so I was interested that you portray Legolas as having loved her.

Glorfindel was the perfect choice for tending to Legolas and I thought that your portrayal of him was true to Tolkien's depiction of him as an Elf of great power.
